James Wilder is one of the co-authors and it is used by www.lifemodel.org  and www.thrivetoday.org. The drawback has been that to import this text from the US it becomes very expensive.(After paying postage and foreign exchange you are up for more than 400% the price of the book). Wellness Network is now  importing these so they can be provided at a more reasonable cost.
