Why Wellness Network?

Life Wellness Network continues to evolve from the activities, interests and contacts of Michael and Yumi Schaefer. Our practice is based in Sydney, Australia.

Michael is a counsellor and psychotherapist who specialises in emotional healing and teaches techniques that change the brain, mind and spirit. With a robust background in both science and spirituality he has been well placed to see how changes at one level of a person flow through to other levels. He prefers to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Yumi is a dance therapist,  Pilates instructor,  fitness instructor, and natural health and beauty consultant. She is also a very happy mum. Her gift is to bring joy to people. She uses the above modalities to encourage and strengthen people and bring about increased health and wellness in body, mind and spirit.

The mission of Life Wellness Network is to educate people about interventions and practises that contribute to wellness across the spirit-soul-body continuum and connect people to safe practitioners. We promote Life and those who enhance it. 

The services we offer are: Emotional and Spiritual Healing, Training in Emotional & Spiritual Healing,  Wellness and Health Education, Stress Management Courses, Dance-Movement Therapy, Pilates, Wellness Lifestyle Consultations for both individuals and groups.   For more information,  please contact us.
